Q1: How can I make orders on Aeneas E-commerce Website?

 

You can follow the steps below to finish ordering.

 

1. Register and login the website. 

2. Find the target goods and press Add to Shopping Cart icon.

3. Press Submit Order after you finish shopping.

4. Fill in the required data.

5.Check the data, and finally send out order to finish online ordering.

 

 

 

Q2: Do I need to register/login for shopping?

 

You can use the shopping cart without registering/login. However, if you intend to purchase, you must finish register/login for the purchasing procedure.

 

 

 

Q3: Can I purchase goods less than the minimum order quantity?

 

We are sorry, but you must make purchases based on the minimum order quantity if any limitation is set for some goods.

 

 

 

Q4: Can I enjoy any discount for bulk purchase?

 

Yes. For bulk purchase, please contact us via the customer service hotline, Email or the contact information left in Contact Us page. Our business personnel will contact you later.

 

 

 

Q5: How can I confirm the order is successful?

 

The system will send you an Email to your registered mail address after you finish ordering.

At the meantime, you may inquire the order status in Order Inquiry page of Aeneas Group E-commerce Website.

 

 

 

Q6: What if I am notified of no inventory after I finish ordering?

 

We are sorry, but the website doesn’t provide the function of reserving goods for orders. If the order is inconsistent with the actual inventory after you finish ordering, Aeneas Group E-commerce Website is entitled to change or cancel the order, and inform the customer of refund matters.

 

 

 

Q7: Which region is available for the sale?

 

Currently the sale is available in Taiwan region only.
